Karen millen standards have gone downhill, totally different to the shop I used to love for over 16years. Rubbish customer service, no phone number to call and you are directed to bot that asks the same questions over and over again.
The quality of clothes is absolutely rubbish now, bought a dress which o am desperately trying to return but the return code won’t scan. I’ve asked for a new code and l keep getting the same fine is your email address and order number.
