I was sent muliple dresses with damage, most recently I received the exact dress I had mailed back. First dress had been previously worn and had a pen mark. All dresses had stretched zippers and seems. Customer service is now saying they will not send a follow up replacement.
The entire process of trying to connect with customer service has been very time consuming and involved resending information several times.
The product quality does not align with being a "luxury" brand. It has been disappoinitng as friends had highly recommended this brand.
Agree with a previous review that the rating should be zero starts.
