Poor quality, cheap fabrics, No design flare, terrible returns service, you need to drop the Karen Millen label, Karen Millen is associated with quality and the customers were happy to pay for quality, since it’s changed ownership it’s turned into nothing more than market stall quality.
Will not be ordering from them again.
