I now remember why I said I'd never use them again.
I placed an order in August but then contracted Covid and was unable to collect it. I contacted La Redoute and they said not to worry it would be returned to them. No charge. .
Despite the fact it clearly states on my statement ite been returned , I'm still being sent demanding letters for arrears. .
I've sent over 15 emails, spent over an hour trying to get through on the phone. Absolute nightmare
