AVOID.
Took over 5 weeks to get a delivery to me. That should have took 3 days. Kept saying warehouse delays. When it eventually got sent out - there were items missing and the awful ‘Hermes’ evri didn’t deliver 2nd part of parcel.
They agreed to a refund after 4.5 weeks of unanswered emails by customer service and phonecalls. Then issued the wrong refund. Only when I escalated it to Resolver and Retail ADR did they come back and try to resolve it.
They have confirmed a refund has been issued but will not give the ARN number which proves the refund so I can check with my bank? Still not received in back account. Honestly awful awful company.
