The customer service at La Redoubt appears to be non existent. Email’s are ignored, phone lines never available and as a last resort have got Resolve involved. So far this has been ignored too.
Their choice of delivery service, Evri nee Hermes matches them for atrocious service. Still waiting a delivery after ten days.
