Worst cusotmer sercvices I have even ecountered. Serously if they employed a group of chimpazes to do it the sevice would be much better.
I have been wondering for a while if they actually employ people or they use robots as all they do is to parrot the same nonsense all the time.
I put one star because there is no option to put none I genuinely think one star is too generous.
