Purchased a bed from them, the bed base came and was built very poorly. It looked good, but when put together realised it had no slats, just three flimsy pine cross bars. This meant the mattress collapsed through the bottom.
On the second night one of the crossbars broke, so now the bed is useless.
Customer support has not been good, rude and dismissive.
