I am very disappointed and frustrated. I purchased a drying cabinet (£129). The remote didn't work and I had safety concerns about the wobbly heating element. I filled out two online forms and submitted my details to an online chat. Nothing. Finally, I rang and spoke to an operative who was so disengaged he was yawning loudly while I was talking. He didn't/wouldn't/couldn't address any of my concerns but booked a replacement (fingers crossed, I thought). The replacement arrived (not on the day stated) and has a faulty remote and a wobbly element - just like the previous unit - and I have lost 3hrs+ of my time, assembling, disassembling, packaging, trying to find a way to get someone to respond to me at Lakeland etc. So, in conclusion, they do honour their no-quibble replacement policy (hence two stars) but in all other respects their customer service is non-existent. I would have much rather resolved this with the company than leave a bad review but that just doesn't seem to be possible.
