Had a very bad experience at the Bicester store which has put me off for ever. Wrote to customer services who didn't even bother to reply. Now I buy everything that I used to buy from Lakeland elsewhere and never recommend them, I used to love the stores and buy heaps. Would have thought customer services would be able to support the customer better than that.
