Visiting from abroad, my brother had a shopping list of things to take back with him and was able to tick off several items in the York store. When he asked a member of staff about a particularly elusive item she immediately recommended another shop in York and even gave him directions. At the till we were greeted by a pleasant and efficient member of staff, so that our whole experience of shopping at Lakeland was a very positive one. Thank you.
