I usually buy my Lakeland products from the Cheltenham shop but because of the Coronavirus problems I had to order on line for the first time. This was so easy to do and the service was superb, I was kept informed every step of the way until I received my parcel which was packed really well. I bought the deep ice cube tray as I wanted to freeze parsley and mint as I have such a lot at the moment. This ice cube try is absolutely perfect for this. I washed the leaves of the herbs first, chopped them added them to the tray, filling to half way, added boiling water to cover and then froze them. When they had frozen they were so easily removed and then I put into freezer bags. Brilliant! 😊
