My wife and I went into one of the stores near us to look for a ceiling fan for one of our bedrooms. The salesperson there was helpful, but didn't have the model we wanted at that location that day. As it turned out, the manager was able to order it for us online and have it delivered for free. It arrived on time and in new condition.
