Ordered two patio chairs from Lamps Plus and they arrived in an obviously open box and they were damaged. The hardware was scattered all over the box, one area of the rattan on the chair was severed (so will eventually unravel), there was rust where the bolts go, loose button on cushion, and metal part of chair had scratches. And while Lamps Plus agreed to pay for the return, it is up to us to get this extremely heavy box back to the shipper. Waste of so much time. I wrote a review on their website and they didn't put it up, even though I wrote it twice, so don't believe their reviews as they seem to only put up the positive ones.
