I have been a loyal customer of Lamps Plus and have purchased a number of lamps from the company. In 2018, I purchased a floor lamp with a LED bulb and was happy until the bulb burned out. I could not remove the bulb without it disintegrating into a mess and we were told by the company that the bulb could not be replaced. So, essentially, we paid $170 for a light bulb because we could never replace the bulb rendering the lamp useless. I contacted Lamps Plus and tried mightily to receive a replacement lamp but was told the lamp had a 1 year warranty. I have lamps in my home that are 48 years old that work perfectly and this lamp from Lamps Plus might have been one of them if I had been able to replace a light bulb. The company should have written in the text that the money spent was just for the life of the bulb.
