Placed my order 10/2021 fan finally came 11/26/2021. Problems from day one w/ remote & fan contacted Lamps CS. They can’t help direct to manufacture. Remote was issue then & still is meanwhile $400+ for fan waited 2 mons for it & it never worked properly. B/c it’s 1 yr 1 mon from received product only option is to pay them another $54 for a remote w/ zero guarantee it will solve issue. Not to mention every time I speak w/ CS they are so rude. Never doing business here again- buyer beware
