Awful company to deal with. Received my item that was completely opened. After inspection of the item inside found scratches on the frame. This item was quite obvious an open box return that had been sent to us. Customer assistants were snippy & unhelpful. Item has to be returned & then they will send out a replacement. No offer of any compensation for our time or inconvenience.
