I’ve placed many, many orders with Lamps Plus. Unfortunately, I had one product that arrived that was damaged. This is when I found out what type of company and customer service they really have. I sent my damaged pendant light back to their warehouse with the return label Lamps Plus provided. This was two months ago. They just emailed me stating they just found the returned product and once it gets back to the warehouse and it’s thoroughly checked out they will issue my credit along with a $15 dollar credit for my latest purchase. This is unacceptable. I don’t need their $15 dollars. If you are going to give someone something for their troubles and waiting for the funds to be returned to their credit card, at least make it acceptable. I’ve paid more in interest just having this charge sitting on my credit card! I will never purchase another item from this company. We still have five bathrooms to remodel and they won’t see a dime out of me again. Buyer beware. If you have a return just know that it could take months to see your funds returned. Please move on past Lamps Plus and go to a more reputable company that gives better customer service.
