Worst customer service I've ever seen in any company..The phone calls go to a third party answering service in the Philippines can't transfer a call to the department you need..The lie they tell is I will (Escalate)a email to the department..over75 calls made since 2019 when I bought this load of garbage..3 refrigerators and 7 compressors and fan motors defrost system parts ice maker..5 times lost all the food in it..and now damage to the floor where the freon leaked on to it..as of 4/11/24 still no response from all the Escalated emails..just the same old lies..
