The person online was impossible to understand. She spoke so fast. I asked her 3 times to slow down.
She also wouldn't tell me what was going on. She just kept asking questions. It was incredibly frustrating.
She also claimed that we didn't have a protection plan even though I had all the numbers that proved we did have the protection plan.
She also claimed I had the price wrong, even though I was looking at the receipt.
After 30 minutes of talking to her and giving her information, I asked when she was going to send someone to fix our machine and she explained she still had to approve our claim. That required being put on hold 2 times and more questions, verification of information I had already given her and going over numbers again. It was ridiculous..
After all that, she started talking really fast about what was going to happen next, with a technician and emails and I had to ask her to slow down. I could tell she was reading this but I needed to know what was going to happen and she wouldn't slow down.
This entire experience was incredibly upsetting and frustrating.
