I lost 82lbs over a few years on my own. In November 2022, I was in a place I was proud of and was relatively happy with my body. I figured I’d lost all I could and knew all I could know. But the more I read in the Macros Inc Facebook group, the more I was just curious. Curious what else I could learn - and what if I could have an even better before and after transformation myself? After all, I wasn’t super happy with my tummy/core area. Thankfully, I gave myself a shot. I decided to take the plunge and get the coach. I was terrified and pretty sure I was going to have buyers remorse - it was a huge financial investment! But I chose to invest in myself. I made the commitment to give 6 months a try - really, really try and give it my all and just see. I did just nutritional coaching to start. In April 2023 I upgraded to complete coaching. I’ve seen changes in my body I never knew could happen! A year of coaching and I’m down another 25lbs and countless inches. A total of 107 pounds lost since I started this journey. I have more food freedom than ever before - I eat SO many things that I “couldn’t fit” when I used other approaches. I made progress even with just estimating dinners approximately 3 times a week every week of my journey. I tracked exactly when I could - and learned from my coach to be accurate with my estimations when that was the best approach for me and the context of my family’s day to day life. I will FOREVER be grateful to my coach and the things I’ve learned and gained with her support over the last year. She kept me focused, or refocused me, helped me see the bigger picture and realize what my goals really were, and most importantly - taught me to give myself grace and celebrate even the little wins. I’ve accomplished things physically and emotionally/mentally I truly never thought possible for myself. To summarize - if you are on the fence - do it. GET. THE. COACH. So thankful I was matched with Coach Christina!
