My coach, Bec, was incredible! I had the nutrition package and not only did she help me with my nutrition but was so encouraging and supportive with my movement and gym goals and overall lifestyle and happiness. She was not just an exceptional coach but became a wonderful friend. Could not recommend more. I have PCOS and Bec was very accommodating.
