I knew a little about macros from a previous gym I used to attend - I needed a new/fresh start so I joined macros+ - I appreciated the coaches checking in regularly and also answering random questions whenever I needed help.
I learned a ton in the few months I had a coach - definitely was a huge help in keeping myself accountable. Recommend 100% for macros training!
