I came to Macros Inc because I was looking for advice on how to cut and bulk in order to lose bodyfat and build muscle. I was assigned Steve McDaniels as my nutrition coach, and found him supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. Steve's approach, together with the ongoing accountability, enabled me to lose 9 pounds quite effortlessly. Unfortunately I developed sciatica towards the end of this time, and I now have to wait for this to heal before heading to the next stage - but my coaching experience thus far has been very positive.
