Coaching helped me to be accountable and led me to increase my non-exercise activity level. My coach also helped me navigate special situations like vacation, travel for work and surgery. I blamed my weight gain on menopause and thought I was doomed to carry the extra weight; however, I learned that accurately tracking my calories and protein along with a slight increase in activity is really all I needed. It wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be.
