I started out in Dec 2024 as a nutrition client with Anna Giordano. Having stalked the Facebook Macros group for a couple of years, I was finally ready to commit. I had no idea what a great decision this would turn out to be! I had an amazing coach in Anna and she helped me lose 23 lbs of stubborn weight as a menopausal woman, I thought I was hopeless! She gave me the tools I need to make wise macro decisions, get out of my own way, and create a healthy mindset. I later added exercise to my coaching experience with Anna. Wish I had done all of this so much sooner but glad I did it! I feel like I can continue on my own and know that if I need more support down the road, I can become a client again.
