I have had a great expierence so far with Macros Inc and especially my coach Dani. I first looked into the program because spending years working in Physical therapy I appreciated the researched based approach to their programs. I worked with a nutrition coach prior to this with a much more intense program and knew what I was looking for, a more individualized approach of coaching and Macros offers just that. My coach had an interview virutally with me and got to know who I was which continued through each week of our program together. She knows what I like to do, what I enjoy eating, she knows about my family dynamic, and how I learn inturn helps both of us move forward together. I have been much more successful with Macros program using Dani as my coach than in the previous program I have been apart of. I can see the future and being able to mantain the lifestyle I want to enjoy living with my husband and kids, but also for myself. Thank you Macros Inc and DANI!
