I have worked with Coach Colt for the last 2 years and have lost about 20 lbs. Quick results were never my goal but improving strength and getting better with endurance running while fueling myself was key. I shaved off 30 mins off my half marathon time in the 2 years i worked with Coach Colt, I lost 20 lbs and I have been able to lift more than my bodyweight in deadlifts and squats!! I feel great and feel like everything i have learnt, i will be able to keep up with my habits on my own!
