Before I started with Macros, Inc. I knew I lacked accountability. You would think wanting to feel and look better would be motivating enough but motivation will not lead to success. Consistency does! My coach, Sharon, has been a wonderful asset! She is encouraging and goes out of her way to check in, review information in detail and give me feedback. Everyone needs a "Sharon"! When I started, I wanted to lose weight prior to vacation so I could feel good being in a bathing suit. That has since morphed into a whole new realm of fitness goals. I completed my first Hyrox last November. Sharon set up a plan to reach this goal and modified my plan when my ideas changed. She listens to what I am feeling and picks up on subtle changes that I might overlook. All of these things have increased my confidence and I am now signed up for 2 additional Spartan races and will be registering for my next Hyrox soon.
