I went into this macros coaching for the accountability, but I ended up with so much more. My coach Lara Bova reached out to me almost on a weekly basis. I was not expecting that. I feel like I’m a person who doesn’t necessarily need help, but it sure was nice to have her reach out to me and made me feel like I could reach out to her and ask silly questions. It certainly made a difference in my coaching and was a great help in my weight loss journey.
