Coach Steven is an amazing coach! He really focuses on making sure his clients know that this is a lifestyle change and not just a diet program. He did an excellent job of checking in with me regularly and giving suggestions to fit my macros into my lifestyle (traveling, working night shift, etc). My weight has been in the 200's for the past couple of years and i finally hit "One"derland with him as my coach. I plan to take the skills that I've learned with me and want to make this a permanent change!
