Garrett has been the most exceptional coach. When I started, I signed up for 1 month just to get me more in a routine to eat healthy and live a balanced life. I felt super frustrated. Throughout our couple of months, I’ve learned the importance of balance and not beating myself up when things aren’t perfect - but also to keep going on what fuels my body the right way.
