Since joining macros inc in Jan I have had 2 coaches. Both were very supportive in my goals. I found macros inc paired me accurately with the type of coach I requested. My coach works with me towards my goals, offers his point of view and his thoughts then works with me to find a solution I am comfortable with. He is always providing me with education towards my nutrition and always eager to answer my questions. He understands my frustrations and emotions and helps me work through them in ways other than food. My coach is always pointing out things I’m doing well that I may not recognize and celebrates my successes. He is also helping me so I can be independent in the future with my nutrition journey. I have very much enjoyed having someone with the knowledge, perspective and supportive nature on my side to help me on my journey. And that’s how he has made it, my journey, not his, not a broadness that can be aimed at a huge group…he has taken things I’ve mentioned and said then worked with me to make it for me. So thankful for E and all he has done to help me.
