AVOID LOST 24 PARCELS! Using hermes
DO NOT use pack link. They have lost 24 parcels in one day cost us hundreds and to top it off have refused to pay out saying we are not covered.
Use Royal Mail, UPS, Parcel Force etc you pay more but you get what you pay for I guess.
