Wish I could give no stars.
You tacitly accused me of attempt to defraud when I had not used your shipping label...refused to investigate tracking number used and closed the case by refusing to refund the cost of the label after agreeing to do so.
In utter frustration I resorted to a mediator. They verified my facts and paid the refund.
