My comments are the same as many below. I sold through Ebay - they directed me to Packlink, Hermes collected the package (they are usually pretty good) and it has now gone missing. Hermes just direct you to Packlink and they are useless. Its almost like Packlink has been set up to lose parcels
I tried to contact them and they ask for information they either have or can find themselves
Avoid at all cost
