ordered bespoke build just before xmas and arrived mid January, was kept informed all the way through the process so was very happy to know what was going on. They had an issue getting the power supply I had chosen, the ones that came in were a different colour, they contacted me to ensure I was happy with the change in colour (not spec). After a couple of days running the pc it rebooted a few times unexpectedly, contacted their support and they talked us through the fix, turned out a card had got loose in transit, working fine since then and have no complaints. Would definitely use them again.
