PC was quoted 12-14 working days to be builand considering I placed my order on the 29th of December, my order came on the 13th of January, so exactly 14 days. I'm extremely happy with the PC, cable management was spot on and the PC arrived safely packaged with not a single mark. Their aftercare support however could be a bit better, as I had an issue with my AIO cooler pump not being picked up by ICUE I called to see if they could fix my issue - I was on the phone for to someone for nearly 2 hours and the majority of the call he said nothing and nothing was done to help fix my issue... Aside from that, all perfect!
