The ordering process was easy but I could have used advice on SSDs - modern software definitely needs one as even a powerful hard disk cannot keep up with the relentless demand for data. The system arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The display is superb. Once I have the new SSD, this will be my dream PC. The staff respond to emails promptly, so all in all, well done! (I am running Kubuntu Linux.)
