Great custom build PC. Arrived exactly as ordered. Very quick & quiet machine and a tidy build. Suits my needs perfectly. Configuring on the website was very easy to do with a good range of components and the prices are competitive. As stated there is some lead time for builds though could easily track the status of my order on the website and was informed of any status changes; building, testing etc, via email. From ordering to delivery was just under three weeks. Afraid I cannot comment regarding the team there as I had no direct contact with them. Overall very happy and would likely order from PC Specialist again.
