I had intended to buy a replacement laptop for my work (running sales and marketing for a small UK-based specialist radio hardware manufacturer). The problem was that I needed specific requirements such legacy interface ports that I couldn't get exactly what I needed off-the-shelf. I also realised that I'd be better off with a desktop and PC specialist gave me the chance to define exactly what I needed. The website was great and intuitive to use. The way it presented options & kept track of what was already entered ensured I had growing confidence in the ordering process. The price was fair and competitive and once I'd ordered I was able to relax, knowing it would come. It did take about a week longer than expected (I'd expected 10-12 working days from order to delivery and it ended up being more like 14 but that really is not a big deal) The PC itself came ready to use and absolutely what I wanted.
