I have built my own pc in the past but decided to get it built custom by someone who actually knows what they are doing. And boy was that the right choice. My first pc had terrible cable management, had an incompatible cpu and motherboard (not my fault mind you, the place I bought from had forgotten to update the bios), and just generally had a bunch of issues that I had to debug myself with very little knowledge outside of what each component does. Switching to PC Specialist meant that I did not have to worry about any of those things. Firstly, the prices were the best I could find for the area that I live. The PC arrived in pristine working condition, the cables were beautifully managed (there was even enough space to transfer my own hard drives without interfering with the wires). I have not had any issues with the PC since it arrived. My PC also arrived on time so I did not have to deal with customer service.
