Order progress information wasn't updated too often, and my order went from Pre-production with a 14 day estimate to ready for dispatch in the space of 2 days. Having said that, the overall production and delivery time was good. Packaging and delivery was excellent. I swapped a few components (ie graphics card, SSD, USB extender, DVD) from my old machine into the new one. Installing the components was easy and the cable management within the new PC is good, but I disturbed some cables during the swap and didn't know where to put them back on the motherboard. I called the support desk and was provided first class support by Louis Charles - thank you and a big pat on the back. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist to anyone looking for a quality machine, built to their own requirements, at a very good price. In addition, the after sales support is outstanding.
