Bought laptop in June2022. After 1 month of building and testing ehy delivered to me laptop with broken MB. It took me 3 months to get RMA and remotely poof fault, and then over the moths of requesting them to test my laptop. I have been receiving email: We cant reproduce fault. When I was lucky and on the end of november thay manage to reproduce the fault company become silent. Lucky me I bought it using PCS finance option. In February I've contacted Bank and request cancelling transaction. They decided to charge me for bottom case of the laptop as well as for the charger as apparently it was damaged. After few stupid emails I manage to force them to send me back the parts (they ware refusing, as apparently they think I dont need it?!). I was not able to notice any marks of usage!! PS is fully operational. (Judge it yourself photos included, bottom case has some dust on it but it coud be as well from my usage as well as PCS testing process)
