I could get exactly what I wanted in my new PC replacing a 10 year old system. The online specification system worked very well. I am retired and not necessarily very confident in knowing all the technicalities of a new PC. I suspect that though young gamers wanting maximum performance for their money are the main target audience of PCSpecialist - the company still gave the likes of me the best possible system. Their online Forum was great for getting others to comment on my configuration before I committed to buying it. Everything about the company seems very professional. The website kept me informed as to the build of the system and it was securely delivered quicker than I anticipated. Difficult to find anything to criticize (maybe the CD is a bit noisy? - but then I will hardly use it again after I have loaded all my old legacy software). I would definitely buy from PCSpecialist again & would recommend them to all my friends.
