Excellent Service. From the first moment I started to custom build my new PC using the configuration app it was a seamless experience. I wanted to check on a couple of options that I had selected and used the customer service helpline on two occasions. Although I was warned that the waiting time could be quite long I did not experience any undue delay. On each occasion my questions were addressed by knowledgeable staff and I left feeling confident in my choices. Price wise I feel that the cost pays represented good value. I was not looking to buy the cheapest setup and all of the components used were from top manufacturers. Once my order was finalised and placed it was easy to track on the very well laid out and comprehensive PCSPECIALIST site. From order to delivery I felt that the time period was acceptable. I was not looking for the fastest delivery as I preferred to use a company where quality took priority over speed. The unit was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The build quality of the PC was outstanding, all cables etc well secured and plenty of clear space for air flow. I chose a quiet multi cooling fan setup and am very impressed with just how quiet the system is.
