Fantastic service from start to finish. Spent some time in Pre-Production (which I believe is normal), but then went through build, testing and dispatch in about two days. Packaging was excellent with clear instructions included. Also impressed with the build quality too. You can really see the care that was put into it. Have had it set up for about two weeks now and no problems to report. Should also mention the PCS forum. Well worth going to for advice before purchasing. The guys there are not employees of PCS, but other customers who give their time freely to answer questions and help get you the best build for your money. This was my first experience with PCS, but will definitely use them for my next build too. Highly recommended.
