Came across PCSpecialist when l was looking for a replacement desktop, couldn't find a ready made one built to the spec l wanted so gave these a try, the "configure a custom PC" is so simple to use as long as you know what you are looking for ( it does get verified at the end so if you pick something which is not compatible you will be told), as all you do is decide how much you want to spend and then use the drop down boxes to build your PC and you get a running total as you go. You get regular emails informing you at what stage they are at. They stated 14 working days to get to ready for dispatch stage and it was 14 days. came in a sturdy carton on next day delivery, and you also get a handy booklet with it telling you how to set it up and what component does what. Now had it running a week and absolutely no problems, l can't tell you what their customer service is like as l had no need to ring them. All in all a great experience and would recommend this company highly.
