I have had several PCs from PC Specialist now and the last one lasted 7 years before it started to drop below minimum requirements for new games. My last build was very quiet (which my wife appriciated since I play with headphones in the living room) - the new pc seems completely silent! My only complaint was that I couldn't easily tell which cases would take an optical drive (which I planned to keep from my old pc). But after contacting support, the answer was simply to add a DVD to the build and let the validator check it. I could then remove the drive - though I eventually decided that they were cheap enough that I would have a new one. The build time was slightly over the original estimate, but again the support line was able to give me an update which was very accurate (and only a few days later than planned). The machine was well packed for delivery and neatly assembled. It all worked first with no problems.
