For the second time of ordering a desktop to my specification and pointing out some areas I was not able to meet my initial requirements, I was given great help (on the phone). I finished up with what I wanted, better than I asked for (after being told about options I had not seen) and given options for equivalent but less costly items. I will definitely be looking to PC Specialist when I require my next PC. Very helpful and cheerful phone rep.
